  1. This is quite interesting. I have never thought about that before. But I think I share your planet :-)

  2. Word Jedi! Ha! I appreciate the endorsement. This is such a good post. I think it’s easy for speakers and writers to think less of the other foe their communication needs. It’s pretty freeing that you pointed out the biblical validity of both. Great thoughts!

  3. I prefer writing when I need to process and be careful. I like to talk though! :) In high school I was quiet and shy, but when I spoke it got people’s attention. One girl told me “you talk good”. She obviously was not a great communicator, but I took it as a compliment. :)
    I enjoyed this post!

    1. Thanks for sharing, Nicole! I love it — I received a very similar compliment in college, and it definitely made me feel good. :) You sound similar to my husband — pretty equally balanced, which is awesome. Thanks for reading and responding!

  4. Loved this! I always thought something was wrong with me! I am not a speaker. I can’t seem to think until it’s written down. Someone can ask me a question, and in mid-sentence I’ll forget what I want to say. It’s ridiculous. But, when I write. It’s another world for me. I can be bold. I’m not scatter-brained. My thought is clear and concise. Awesome post!

    1. I’m exactly the same way! I appreciate your thoughts—I hope you are encouraged and can embrace your writer self!!😊
